- Goat Anti-Human Antibody, Kappa Chain, Unconjugated, 0.5 mg, is supplied in solution. This ultrapure, high-affinity antibody has been thoroughly adsorbed against serum and immunoglobulins from potentially interfering species and is ready for iodination, fluorochrome labeling, or enzyme conjugations. It can also be employed as a capture antibody in enzyme immunoassays or in other assays requiring carrier-free immunoglobulins. This chain-specific antibody is produced specifically to distinguish between chains or classes of target immunoglobulins. This antibody is affinity-purified and treated by negative solid-phase adsorption to remove cross-reacting antibodies. It has virtually no cross-reactivity with other immunoglobulin classes or other heavy or light chains. The unlabeled form can be used as a capture antibody in enzyme immunoassays or radioactively labeled for radioimmunoassays.
