- The Non-Interfering Protein Assay has been extensively tested to work in the presence of common laboratory agents, such as reducing agents (2ME, DTT), chelating agent EDTA, detergents, amines (Tris), sugars, urea, ammonium sulfate, guanidine hydrochloride, guanidine thiocyanate, drugs, antibiotics, cobalt, and numerous other agents.
- The Non-Interfering Protein Assay uses a proprietary Universal Protein Precipitating Agent UPPA for removing interfering agents from protein solutions. Clean protein is all that remains in the assay tube.
- As little as 0.5 µg protein can be assayed
- Linear response 0.5 µg - 50 µg protein
- Protocol time 25-30 minutes
