Visualizing subcellular vesicles to quantitate autophagy in neuronal cells - by Enzo Life Sciences

Autophagy can be visualized and characterized even in heterogeneous cell populations using readily available reagents. Cyto-ID® Autophagy Reagent selectively stains the membranes of phagophores, autophagosomes, and autolysosomes.
