- SOLIScript® 1-step Multiplex Probe Kit is optimized for probe based one-step RT real-time quantitative PCR assays. It contains all the components necessary (except template, primers, and probes) to perform cDNA synthesis and probe based qPCR in a single tube.
- Reagent composition is optimized for excellent performance in highly multiplexed reactions while making sure you don't lose in sensitivity compared to singleplex or duplex assays.
- Sensitive and highly specific cDNA synthesis and qPCR in a single tube.
- Convenient kit format for performing highly specific cDNA synthesis and probe-based qPCR in a single tube. The kit contains qPCR mix, SOLIScript® RT enzyme mix with RiboGrip® RNase inhibitor, and nuclease-free water.
- cDNA synthesis up to 60°C for superior specificity
- Analyze 1-4 targets in 1 reaction
- Reaction set-up and shipment without dry ice
- Robust amplification of GC-rich targets
