Product Description
- Method utilizes 2mL microfuge tubes and is designed to measure residual E.coli host cell DNA.
- Allows isolation of residual DNA without use of iodine or glycogen.
- Superior co-precipitating reagents do not interfere with qPCR and ensure that pellets do not become dislodged during the extraction procedure, thus eliminating the need to spin samples over again.
- Pellets remain fixed to the tubes, thus the need to retest or repeat a run is eliminated.
- Cell line specific, E.coli DNA calibrators are included.
- Upon completion of extraction, samples are reacted with PicroGreen® Solution.
- Time to completion is under 2 hours.
- Sufficient reagent to analyze 50 samples in duplicate.
