Product Description
- Human histone octamers (two each of histones H2A, H2B, H3 and H4) made from recombinant histones expressed in E. coli (accession numbers: H2A-P04908; H2B-O60814; H3.2-Q71DI3; H4-P62805). The histone octamer is the protein component of the nucleosome, the basic subunit of chromatin. A nucleosome consists of a histone octamer wrapped with 147 base pairs of DNA (octamer only in this product).
