- Histone H3/H4 Tetramers made from recombinant histones expressed in E. coli (accession numbers: H3-P68431; H4-P62805). Histones H3 and H4 were expressed and purified individually by FPLC, then assembled into tetramers that were further purified using gel filtration chromatography.
