Product Description
- Purified recombinant mononucleosomes (50 µg total mass, 27.4 μg protein) in 50 µl 10 mM Tris-HCl pH 7.5, 1 mM EDTA, 25 mM NaCl, 2 mM DTT, & 20% glycerol. Concentration of nucleosomes is 5.24 µM. Nucleosome molecular weight = 190,967.6 Da.
