- Purified recombinant mononucleosomes (50 µg total mass, 27.4 µg in 50.5 µl) in 10 mM Tris-HCl pH 7.5, 1 mM EDTA, 25 mM NaCl, 2 mM DTT, & 20% glycerol. Concentration of nucleosomes is 4.91 µM. Nucleosome molecular weight = 201,309 Da.
