Product Description
- Purified recombinant mononucleosomes (27.4 μg protein weight, 50.0 μg DNA+protein) in 40.3µl in 10 mM Tris-HCl pH 7.5, 1 mM EDTA, 25 mM NaCl, 2 mM DTT, & 20% glycerol. Concentration of nucleosomes is 6.25 µM. Nucleosome molecular weight = 198,425.5 Da.
