- Purified recombinant mononucleosomes (50 µg total mass, 27.4 μg protein) in 29.8 µl 10 mM Tris-HCl pH 7.5, 1 mM EDTA, 25 mM NaCl, 2 mM DTT, & 20% glycerol. Concentration of nucleosomes is 8.68 µM. Nucleosome molecular weight = 193,766.7 Da.
