- Recombinant H4 Tetraacetyl mononucleosomes (27.3 μg protein by mass, 50.0 μg protein+DNA in 30.5 µl) in 10 mM Tris-HCl pH 7.5, 1 mM EDTA, 25 mM NaCl, 2 mM DTT, & 20% glycerol. Concentration of nucleosomes is 8.19 µM. Nucleosome molecular weight = 200,332 Da.
