Product Description
- This EDTA-free cocktail inhibits various serine and cysteine proteases, resulting in stabilization of target proteins isolated from animal tissues, plants, and yeast for in situ assays like ChIC/CUT&RUN (EP141048) or CUT&Tag (EP141102/EP141103). Absence of EDTA and other chelating agents is essential for the controlled activation of pAG-MNase (EP151016/EP151116) and pAG-Tn5 (EP151017/EP151117), but leaves metallo- and aspartic proteases inhibited. This product is also used in the preparation of CUTANA™ Nuclei Extraction Buffer (EP211026).
