Product Description
- The FOCUS - Yeast Proteome Kit has been specifically designed for yeast research and supplied with yeast specific reagents.
- Extracts and solubilizes nearly all of the proteins from yeast, including membrane as well as soluble proteins.
- Extraction is based on the gentle lysis of yeast cells with a yeast lysis enzyme preparation (Longlife Zymolyase) specifically prepared and stabilized for long term use.
- This is followed by extraction of total proteome.
- Simple extraction protocol
- Supplied with a yeast specific lytic enzyme preparation
- Supplied with a strong proprietary chaotropic extraction buffer
- Extraction of total proteins from yeast cells
- Suitable for sample preparation for 2D gel electrophoresis and other applications
