- The use of magnetic separation devices are essential in any paramagnetic bead based purification process. Traditionally, magnetic separation devices are not optimized for manual use and most require electrically powered liquid handling systems. MyMag 96 ( 96 microplate format) is designed to simplify the manual processing of magnetic bead separations for nucleic acid purification and cleanup.
- Fast separation time: Strong magnets enable less than 30 seconds bead separation.
- Holds microplate for fast wash steps. No need to pipette out supernatant.
