- TransIT-VirusGEN® Transfection Reagent is designed to enhance delivery of packaging and transfer plasmids to adherent and suspension HEK 293 cell types to increase recombinant adeno-associated virus (AAV). Combined with RevIT™ enhancer to increase AAV titers an additional 2-4x or suspension 293 cells.
