Product Description
- Rabbit Anti-Rat IgG Antibody, mouse adsorbed (H+L), Biotinylated, 0.5 mg, is prepared using proprietary immunization schedules to produce high-affinity antibodies that are purified by affinity chromatography and solid-phase adsorption techniques to remove cross-reactivities likely to interfere with specific labeling. The biotinylated secondary antibodies are conjugated to ensure the maximum degree of labeling without compromising specificity or affinity. These antibodies are subjected to rigorous QC and can be used for tissue and cell staining, ELISAs, and blots. This product can be used on tissues that may contain interfering endogenous immunoglobulins. It is supplied in solution. The recommended dilution for most applications is 1:100. This product has been thoroughly adsorbed by a solid-phase technique to remove antibodies that cross-react with mouse immunoglobulins. This adsorbed antibody allows primary antibodies made in rat to be used on mouse tissues.
