- VECTASTAIN ABC-HRP Kit, Peroxidase (Guinea Pig IgG ), 1 Kit, can be used to detect any biotinylated molecule with high sensitivity, low background, and exceptional reproducibility. It is widely used for applications, including tissue staining, multiplex IHC, Western blotting, in situ hybridization (ISH), ELISA, and neuronal tracing, and has huge versatility in the types of targets that can be detected. Like other VECTASTAIN ABC kits (that, in combination, have over >50,000 citations to their credit), this product exploits the avidin-biotin complex interaction to provide exceptional sensitivity that results from the form and number of active enzyme molecules associated with the Avidin/Biotinylated enzyme Complex (ABC). This kit contains sufficient reagents to stain approximately 1000–2000 sections.
