- ImmPACT AMEC Red Substrate, Peroxidase (HRP), 120 ml. ImmPACT AMEC Red HRP Substrate utilizes Vector Laboratories ImmPACT technology to generate a crisper, brighter red reaction product that is 5–10 times more sensitive than conventional AEC substrates and can be used as a single label or as a second color for multiple antigen labeling. Features: Optimized for IHC/ICC/ISH and blots, Aqueous mounting, Working solutions stable for up to 14 days at 4 degrees C, Supplied as 120 ml of diluent and concentrated stock solutions in dropper bottles.
