- Vector Black Substrate Kit, Alkaline Phosphatase (AP), 1 Kit, is consistent and reliable, with greater sensitivity than conventional substrates. It forms a brown-black precipitate that can be dehydrated, cleared, and permanently mounted. Stock solutions are supplied in convenient dropper bottles promoting ease of handling. No wait times for mixing and dissolving powders or tablets. One year expiry date. Sufficient reagents to produce 200 ml of working solution. This chromogen can be used in immunohistochemical or blotting applications. This kit contains stock solutions in convenient dropper bottles.
