How do I order?

MJS BioLynx is proud to offer Canadian Life Scientists a strong, dependable source of quality products combined with excellent customer service. For your convenience, we offer three different ways for you to place an order with us. Should you require additional assistance requesting a quote, have questions on a quotation that you have already received or have further inquiries on our products, please contact your Local Technical Sales Representative or send your inquiry via e-mail to tech@biolynx.ca

1) Over the phone:

Between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm EST, simply phone our toll free number, 1-888-593-5969, and our customer service desk would be more than happy to help you place your order!

2) Via Fax:

Available 24 hours a day, you can fax your order in at (613) 342-1341. Simply include the items (by product number) and quantities you would like along with a complete ship to address, a complete bill to address, contact numbers where you can be reached, and a customer number (if you have one). Full confirmation of your order, including reference number, pricing, availability, and shipping information will be sent within 12 hours Monday through Friday.

3) On-Line Ordering:

MJS BioLynx is pleased to offer an on-line ordering system. Twenty-four hours a day, this secured system will systematically ask you to enter all the information you need to place an order with us. Full confirmation of your order, including reference number, pricing, availability, and shipping information will be sent within 1 business day.
