NEST Biotechnology – Black & White, 96-Well, Transparent-Bottom, Cell Culture Plates are here!

NEST Biotechnology LogoThe NEST Black & White Transparent-Bottom Cell Culture Plates are made of non-autofluorescent
materials, with a specially treated surface that significantly enhances protein-binding capacity.

These plates feature high-transparency PS material at the well bottom, ensuring excellent light
transmission for use with high-magnification microscopes and microplate readers. NEST Biotechnology – Black, 96-Well, Transparent-Bottom, Cell Culture Plate

The black transparent-bottom cell culture plate effectively suppresses background fluorescence. With excellent light absorption properties, it can absorb background fluorescence signals, reducing interference and improving the signal-to-noise ratio, thereby enhancing the sensitivity and accuracy of fluorescence measurements.

Applications: Commonly used for cell-based immunofluorescence assays with strong light signals.

The white transparent-bottom cell culture plate provides a uniform and stable background light. NEST Biotechnology - White, 96-Well, Transparent-Bottom Cell Culture PlateThe reflective and scattering properties of the white plate help minimize the absorption of chemiluminescent signals. Additionally, it ensures even illumination across the entire testing area, making the chemiluminescent signals more uniform. This is especially beneficial for detecting low-luminescence samples, as the white plate enhances the signal-to-noise ratio.

Applications: Commonly used for low-light immunohistochemical assays, such as general chemiluminescence and substrate colorimetric experiments.
