EpiCypher

CUTANA Protease Inhibitor Tablets

EpiCypher Infographic with logoThis EDTA-free cocktail inhibits various serine and cysteine proteases, resulting in stabilization of target proteins isolated from animal tissues, plants, and yeast for in situ assays like ChIC/CUT&RUN or CUT&Tag.

Absence of EDTA and other chelating agents is essential for the controlled activation of pAG-MNase and pAG-Tn5, but leaves metallo- and aspartic proteases inhibited. This product is also used in the preparation of CUTANA Nuclei Extraction Buffer.

CUTANA ChIC/CUT&RUN Kit – 24 Reaction Size!

CUTANA™ CUT&RUN boxThe CUTANA™ ChIC/CUT&RUN Kit enables streamlined chromatin profiling of histone post-translational modifications (PTMs) and chromatin associated proteins.

NEST® Biotechnology – Vacuum Filtration Systems (PVDF and PES)

NEST Biotechnology - Vacuum Filtration Systems with LogoNEST Vacuum Filtration Systems are mainly applied in the isolation and purification of large volume samples in tissue culture medium and biological fluid. The systems consist of a membrane diaphragm, a receiving bottle connected to a transparent graduated polystyrene filter by a connector. With the pressure differential conducted by the vacuum pump, the Vacuum Filtration System can filtrate the tissue culture medium and other lab fluid solution in large volumes, even up to several liters. The filtrated samples can be directly gathered in aseptic storage bottles.

  • High flow rates and high throughput.
  • Precise graduation on the bottle wall.
  • Low protein binding.
  • Gamma-ray sterilization.
  • The design of hose connector is adaptable to various hose diameters.
  • Light weight and firm outer wall structure, easy to grasp.

NEST® Biotechnology – Important Upgrades!NEST® Biotechnology – Important Upgrades

Brown/Amber Centrifuge Tubes Raw Materials Upgrade
To enhance product performance and meet higher light-blocking requirements, NEST has upgraded the raw materials for the entire series of brown centrifuge tubes (0.6mL / 1.5mL / 15mL / 50mL) and improved the validation system.

Cryovial Cap Upgrade
The new cryogenic tubes feature a dual-thread design for both the vial body and the cap, making it easier to turn the cap. It also incorporates dual-shot technology, eliminating the risk of the sealing gasket falling off. The sealing effect has been significantly improved!

Cryovial Material Upgrades
NEST has directed its research and development efforts towards new polymer materials, significantly improving freeze resistance and anti-aging properties. The newly upgraded cryovials have a temperature tolerance range from -196°C to 121°C and can withstand high-temperature, high-pressure sterilization.
